Adam Hopper is a singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Manchester. Cutting his teeth in indie-punk band Blanketman, he’s now playing solo. Concentrating on poignant, wry lyricism and catchy melodies, he creates his own unique brand of wide-eyed, mellow alternative pop music. Working with producer Rob Kirwan (Hozier, U2, PJ Harvey), his debut single Beauty and Sadness has been featured on Rough Trade’s Counterculture playlist, by Clunk Magazine, Hard of Hearing and was longlisted for the Glastonbury Emerging Talent competition. Adam has taken his songs and energy on the road, supporting a string of shows in London and the North including supporting The Lounge Society at their sold-out homecoming show at The Trades Club, Langkamer and Saul Adamczewski.
