Becca James is an alt-pop artist and songwriter based in London. Originally from the North of England, Becca moved to the capital in 2022 to study music. Her recent collaboration Can’t Stop My Shine, with LA-based producer Soulplusmind secured a placement on the Netflix series Wellmania and she’s been supported by the BBC Introducing team in the North East and via Amazing Radio. James’ introspective lyrics take spirituality and healing as central themes, and accordingly, her latest three-track collection Trust the Season wis scheduled for release on each full moon, culminating on the Harvest Moon on 29 September.
