Originally a solo project by Highland songwriter Cameron Ferguson from Tain, brittle has evolved into a full band featuring musicians from across Scotland. Blending alt-rock and shoegaze with soaring dual vocals, lush synths and thunderous rhythms, they have supported Declan Welsh & The Decadent West, and played the iconic King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut. Earlier this Summer they sold out Glasgow’s The Old Hairdressers, and packed out The Tooth and Claw in Inverness. They perform on the Seedlings stage with Off Axis at Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival on Thursday 30 July 2026 at 3.30pm.
