Hailing from the coastal town of Irvine, Culann (pronounced Kull-Ann) consists of brothers PJ and Sean Kelly, Greg Irish, Calum Davis and Ross McCluskie. Each music video they’ve filmed has starred the renowned actor Rab Affleck (Gangs of New York, Layer Cake, Dr Who, The Big Man, Still Game and thanks to their ongoing relationship with the Mary’s Meals charity, they performed in front of over 40,000 people at Celtic Park, and alongside Frightened Rabbit and Big Country at Barrowlands Ballroom raising funds for The Clutha Appeal Fund.
They’ve been championed by Scotland On Sunday, Amazing Radio and The Sun courtesy of Jim Gellatly as well as The Daily Record, The Wkndr Mag, Ayrshire Post and Is This Music? The five-piece were also voted Best Live Act at the Scottish Alternative Music Awards
