Alice Sloan

Alice Sloan is an 18 year old singer-songwriter from Bangor in Northern Ireland, influenced by artists such as Fiona Apple, Jeff Buckley, Adrianne Lenker and Haley Heynderickx. Her debut EP Borrowed Not Bought is raw and personal, with uncompromising lyrics touching on themes of self-discovery and paving your own path. She joins Sheela at The Union Bar at Queens University Student Union in BELFAST on Thursday 25 September 2025

Eleanor Hickey

Eleanor Hickey was raised on a remote Scottish island and as the daughter of a musician, began singing as soon as she could talk. She’s enjoyed airplay courtesy of BBC Introducing, Single of the Week on BBC Rapal and performed at festivals such as Celtic Connections and Solas. Here debut EP is scheduled for release on the 7 November 2025 with a launch event to celebrate, at The Old Hairdressers in GLASGOW on Friday 28 November 2025

JOYFUL

JOYFUL is a singer-songwriter hailing from Aberdeen, Scotland. His music packs a punch with his unique voice and guitar playing. Alongside this, his bald head and big beard make him hard to forget! His songs are always lyrically raw and touch on his on-going war with mental health problems, especially depression. Through his pain and struggle, he really hopes that he can give others a sense of JOY and HOPE in the midst of their struggles. Florence Jack

Florence Jack is an electro-pop artist from Aberdeenshire. She’s been championed by BBC Introducing, BBC in the Afternoons, BBC Radio nan Gàidheal, The Skinny, Scotland on Sunday  Ireland’s national TV and Radio broadcaster RTÉ and scores of regional stations like CamGlen. She performed at Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival on the Off Axis stage, She supports Aurora Engine at Sneaky Pete’s in EDINBURGH on Friday 17 October 2025

Joe Goodall

Hailing from Stirling, Joe Goodall is a definite one to watch. With a TV appearance on the BBC, filmed at Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival, Single of the Week on BBC Radio Scotland, airplay via Amazing Radio, Clyde 1 and Artist of the Week in The Scotsman. He has performed at festivals like Youth Beatz, Edgefest, Doune the Rabbit Hole, Iona Fest and supported acts like McFly, October Drift, and Nati Dredd. The young musician has also collaborated with Ross Leighton of Fatherson writing live favourite This Town together.  Catch Joe at the United in Music acoustic festival in Gateshead on 12 April 2025.

Ellyn Oliver

Blending elements of folk, jazz, blues, pop, and gospel, Ellyn Oliver is Artist of the Week in The Scotsman secured airplay via BBC Radio Scotland, BBC Introducing, Amazing Radio, Christian station UCB and Radio Wigwam. She has performed at festivals like Celtic Connections, Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Orkney Jazz and Blues Festival, and Limivady Jazz and Blues Festival in Northern Ireland. Watch out for several launch parties to coincide with singles released from her Seaglass EP.

Ria Timkin

RIA TIMKIN is a cinematic alt-pop artist known for her unique fusion of lush harmonies, heartfelt lyrics, and catchy beats. Her latest single, The Difference, co-produced with Tom Wilding (Melanie C, Gabrielle Aplin), explores the power of taking that first step toward your dreams, even when the full path is still unclear. Having performed at festivals like Glastonbury, Bristol Harbour Festival, and Redfest, with airplay courtesy of BBC Introducing and several local radio stations across the UK, Ria Timkin is definitely an artist to watch. On 6 June, Ria and her band are set to play their second headline show in Belfast, this time at the Union Bar. 

Holly Murphy

Holly Murphy is a self produced singer / songwriter from County Cavan, Ireland. She is a creative individual with a particular interest in indie folk, pop and rock music. After picking up her first guitar at 8 years old, she has been playing and singing ever since. Holly plays live music in pubs across Ireland and she writes and produces her own tracks from her bedroom. Her first single Yours, was released in July 2024. She plays Spirit Store in Dundalk on 14 November 2024 alongside NoVendors, Forgetting The Future and Foreign Mornings 

Cameron Ferguson

Cameron Ferguson is a songwriter from Tain in the North of Scotland, his music encapsulates a punchy guitar style with lush synth sounds and cutting vocals. They’ve played legendary venues such as King Tuts and The Garage and supported acts like Declan Welsh and the Decadent West.  After opening the main stage at Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival 2024, Cameron and the band SOLD OUT The Tooth and Claw in Inverness and are heading to Glasgow to support Flair on 18 October 2024

Harry Miles-Watson & The Union

Harry Miles-Watson is refreshingly different, incorporating a varied melting pot of genres and styles, with aspects of post-punk, folk, country, rock, pop and even jazz. The Edinburgh-based artist has already sold out several shows in Scotland’s capital city, headlined Glasgow’s King Tuts and played gigs in Manchester, Leeds, and London. They’ve also secured the Artist of the Week spot in Scotland On Sunday 

Mima Merrow

Originally from Ireland, but currently based in Glasgow, Mima Merrow is a talented singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. After releasing her excellent debut album Almost Home in 2023. She secured airplay via BBC Radio Ulster, BBC Radio Foyle, BBC Radio Scotland, Amazing Radio and was featured in Scotland on Sunday.
