Presented by Afterlight Management, United in Music is a grassroots, acoustic music festival, providing opportunities for emerging and established artists from the northeast and further afield. The festival is held between two micro-pub music venues; the award-winning Microbus Gateshead, and Station East, based within the Railway Quarter in Gateshead.
United in Music’s first event was held on the 20th-21st of April, and was a sold out. The feedback gained from both venues, artists and festival gig-goers was overwhelmingly positive! Therefore, it was decided that the festival would return with a ‘part II’ event which will be held on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 December 2024 from 2pm – 11pm
