Bangor-based Mark Hegan has crafted a songbook which has helped secure nominations for the Northern Ireland Music Prize, airplay courtesy of BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio Ulster/Introducing and praise from the likes of Hot Press and Chordblossom. His songs have also inspired comparisons to artists such as U2, Simon and Garfunkel and Bruce Springsteen. He headlines Ulster Sports Club in BELFAST on 27 February 2026
