The Sankaras are an alternative indie rock band from Glasgow’s east end with influences ranging from The Libertines to Jimi Hendrix and Led Zeppelin. They’ve performed at multi-venue festival Tenement Trail and sold out King Tuts Wah Wah Hut. The quartet support The Sun Day on 11 May 2024 at Cafe Drummonds, Aberdeen alongside Pitnamoon.
