Output festival is Ireland’s biggest one-day music conference, taking place on Tuesday 12 November 2024 to coincide with, and celebrate, the remarkable 10 year anniversary of Sound of Belfast. Join our Derick Mackinnon (Off Axis/NewFoundSound / Scotland on Sunday) discussing live music for emerging artists 13:40 – 14:30 also featuring promoter Rachel Lloyd (AEG Live), booking agent Matt Hanner (Runway Artists), festival organiser Joe Dougan (Belsonic) and musician Cheylene Murphy (Beauty Sleep) REGISTER for seminars. In the evening Off Axis and Un-Convention host an Output / Sound of Belfast showcase: Mark Hegan @ 23:00 Baroda @ 22:00 Monday’s Child @ 21:00 and Mima Merrow @ 20:00 at The Dirty Onion and Yardbird from 20:00-23:30
The daytime conference takes place at The Mac & Oh Yeah Centre from 10:00-17:00 | Live music from 19:00-late at venues across the Cathedral Quarter. ALL events are FREE, the conference is suitable for audiences 16 years and over and the evening showcase gigs held in bars are 18+
